Go to Courses in the sidebar, click "+ Create Course", fill in the details, then use the Course Builder to add content using the "+ Add" menu with 14 content types.

Navigate to Users, click "Add User" to create individually, or use Import/Export for CSV bulk import. Then go to Enrollments to assign learners to courses.

In the Course Builder, use "+ Add → Learning Activities → Test" to add a quiz. The Quiz Manager supports 10 question types with partial credit, time limits, and retries.

Certificates are auto-issued when a learner completes a course (based on completion rule). Configure templates in Platform → Settings, and track expiry in the Certificates section.

Go to Platform → AI Tools for course outline generation, quiz generation, content summarisation, and skills suggestions. Learners get an AI chat assistant on the course player.

Navigate to Analytics → Reports for standard reports (learner progress, completions, quiz results). Use the Custom Report Builder for advanced filtering and scheduled email delivery.

Go to Learning → Learning Paths. Create a path, add courses in sequence or parallel, set prerequisites, and publish. Learners see their path progress on their dashboard.

Navigate to Analytics → Gamification. Enable the system, configure points per activity, create custom badges, and toggle the leaderboard visibility for learners.

Go to Platform → Branches. Create sub-portals with their own branding, admins, and content. Each branch gets its own subdomain and can share courses from the main library.

Under Analytics → Automations, create if/then rules. Choose a trigger (course completed, quiz passed, etc.) and an action (send notification, enrol in course, award badge, etc.).
