Capability recognition with evidence you already have.

A pilot portal for AI-assisted recognition of human capabilities at Level 4. Candidates upload broad evidence; the AI Lead Assessor maps it; the human assessor approves.

Pilot capabilities

Adaptive Mindset and Critical Thinking, both at Level 4.

The pilot uses two capabilities from the QTAC Human Capability Framework alignment example. They suit experienced managers and leaders, and can be evidenced through workplace projects, change leadership, research, data analysis, stakeholder engagement and reflective interview responses.

AM4

Adaptive Mindset

  • Fosters development of skills and professional development across the workforce.
  • Plays a stabilising influence in new or challenging situations.
  • Anticipates and helps others respond to changing demands.
  • Perseveres to achieve ambitious learning and work goals.
CT4

Critical Thinking

  • Exercises professional judgement based on experience and expertise.
  • Self-aware evaluative judgement of people, events, processes.
  • Reads the strategic environment and emotional drivers.
  • Defends evidence-based judgements logically.
  • Evaluates breakthrough thinking for wider adoption.
What the portal does

From evidence pack to draft Lead Assessor report.

I

AI-assisted evidence review

Candidates upload a broad evidence pack. The AI Lead Assessor classifies each item, maps it to the capability criteria, and surfaces a structured inventory for the human assessor.

II

Capability-aligned mapping

Evidence is mapped against Adaptive Mindset and Critical Thinking at Level 4 with relevance, sufficiency, authenticity, currency, depth, breadth and consistency scores - every claim cited to its source.

III

Reflective-interview workflow

A criterion-linked reflective interview plan is generated automatically from the evidence gaps. The assessor edits questions, runs the interview, then uploads the transcript for AI analysis.

IV

Supportive gap reports

Where evidence is unclear or insufficient, the AI drafts a candidate-friendly gap report. The assessor reviews and edits the language before it is sent.

V

Human-final decisions

AI recommends; humans decide. Final approval, "not yet demonstrated", or escalation to a Chairperson is always recorded by an authorised human.

VI

Full audit trail

Every AI run, prompt version, human edit, decision and credential issue is logged immutably so reviewers can trace the path from evidence to outcome.

Governance

The AI recommends. The human decides.

The pilot is designed as an assessor support and decision-intelligence system, not an automated approval engine. Every AI output is structured JSON, every step is logged with prompt version and model, every override is preserved next to the AI's original mapping.

Pilot scope

Two Level 4 capabilities. Limited candidate cohort. Synthetic or consented evidence. Human assessor and Chairperson retain full authority for every outcome.

Production rollout requires a legal and privacy review. The pilot exists to validate the workflow, demo the assessor experience, and gather feedback from real assessors before any wider deployment.
