Connected by design
An LMS connected to learner entry and assessment.
Unlike a standalone LMS, EduX sits within the same provider environment as Pre-Enrolment Review, connected LLND Assessment, English Entry Placement and Surveys. Providers can progressively build a connected learner record from entry and readiness through learning delivery and quality activity.
The same learner moves between Pre-Enrolment Review, the LLND assessment tool for RTOs and the LMS without duplicate learner creation, and the evidence each step produces stays on one record.

Who is it for?
Education and training providers that want a practical LMS connected to their EduX portal: RTOs, ELICOS colleges, schools and industry trainers delivering online or blended learning.
What happens after the trial?
If you subscribe, nothing changes; you keep everything you built. If you do not, the LMS becomes read-only for 14 days, is then suspended, and your data stays exportable for a further 60 days. Deleting it after that window is a deliberate, audited step, never automatic.
Can I change plans?
Upgrades apply straight away. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal and is offered when your published courses, learners, staff users and branches fit the smaller plan, allowing 10% above its limits. Nothing is ever locked or deleted by a downgrade.
What if I leave?
Cancel from your account. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then your records and authored courses stay exportable for 60 days. Deleting them after that window is a deliberate, audited step, never automatic. Records go out as JSON, courses as an HTML bundle or one course at a time as SCORM 1.2. Content you bought or licence is not exported, and the export says so.
Can EduX see inside my LMS?
Only during a time-boxed support session opened with a stated reason. Every session appears in your own audit log with who, when and why. There is no silent standing access.
