EduX pricing is tier-based, but RTOs do not need to buy a full tier. The system tracks cumulative purchases and applies the correct rate automatically. Seats can be purchased in any quantity. The tiers below show the price per seat based on cumulative purchases within your 12-month pricing period.

EEPT Seat - VET & ELICOS
EEPT seats are purchased separately because not every learner requires an English Entry Placement Test. RTOs can use EEPT where English entry evidence needs to be checked, supplemented or internally verified. ELICOS providers can use this tool for student placement at the appropriate ELICOS level prior to commencement.

Is EduX free to join?
Yes. RTO registration and branded provider portal setup are free.
Do we need a subscription?
No. EduX does not require an annual subscription. Providers buy seats when they need them.
What does one seat mean?
One seat generally provides access for one student to complete one assessment, review or survey. Each assigned seat is used when the relevant EduX product is issued to that student or respondent.
How many users are included?
Each RTO account includes up to 3 account users. The main account user can add 2 additional users from Organisation Settings.
What is included in the 7-day free trial?
The trial includes access to the branded provider portal, up to 3 RTO account users, 5 LLND + PER Readiness Seats, 5 EEPT Seats and 5 Surveys & QI Seats.
Do paid seats expire?
Unused paid seats do not expire while the provider account remains active.
Can we buy any number of seats?

Is LLND + PER one product or two products?
For pricing, LLND + PER is sold as one Readiness Seat. In the EduX portal, the account receives both LLND and PER allocation for each purchased Readiness Seat.
Do we have to buy EEPT for every learner?
No. EEPT is an add-on seat and should only be purchased for learners who require English entry placement evidence or additional internal checking.
Are surveys priced separately?
Yes. Surveys & QI seats are add-on seats. They can be used for student, staff, employer, agent or other stakeholder surveys.
Does the 10% discount apply to everything?
The 10% multi-product discount applies to EEPT and/or Surveys & QI add-on seats when purchased in the same order as LLND + PER Readiness Seats. It does not reduce the LLND + PER core product price.
Do we need a separate account for each campus?
The standard account is intended for one RTO/legal entity. Additional users and delivery locations can be managed within the account where they belong to the same organisation. Separate RTOs, CRICOS providers, legal entities or group structures may require separate or custom arrangements.
